RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Lise Paris offers you the guarantee "Satisfied or refunded".
Are you not completely satisfied with your article?
Don't worry, you have 14 working days from receipt of the order to return the item to us and get a refund.
You also have the option of exchanging or obtaining a credit!

The following conditions must be observed:

  • Items must be in perfect condition in their original packaging, without dirt or damage. 
  • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 PROCESS A REFUND

1 - Place the item in its original packaging, mentioning the subject of your return (reimbursement, or other reasons, specifying it). Mention your name, address, order number inside the envelope.

2 - Send everything by tracking or colissimo to the following address:

 MAKE AN EXCHANGE

1 - Place the item in its original packaging, mentioning the object of your return (size exchange, or other reasons, specifying it). Mention your name, address, order number inside the envelope.

2 - Send everything by tracking or colissimo to the following address:

COST OF A REFUND / EXCHANGE 
The shipping costs incurred for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

We leave it to you to choose your carrier for the return. 

The package must reach us directly at our premises and not RECOMMENDED, in which case your return will unfortunately not be processed.

We advise you to keep a proof of deposit of packages provided by your carrier. In the absence of this, no refund can be made if there is a loss of package.
Your package takes 5 to 10 working days to be delivered to us.

PROCESSING AND DEADLINES FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Once your return has been received, our team will do everything possible to process it as quickly as possible.
We open your packages one by one and it may take a little time.
Within a maximum of 7 working days upon receipt of your package, our team will proceed with your exchange / refund according to your request. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the refund is processed.
Please note that if the item chosen for the exchange is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail.
